Peggy D. Edgar, 88, of Toledo, IL passed away at 12:34 AM on October 12, 2017 at Heartland Christian Village in Neoga, IL

Funeral services will be at 1:00 PM on Tuesday October 17, 2017 at the Calvary Tabernacle United Pentecostal Church in Toledo, IL. Visitation will be from 12:00 to 1:00 at the Church. Burial will be in the Toledo Cemetery. The Barkley Funeral Chapel is assisting the family.

Peggy was born on June 13, 1929 in Texas to Clyde & Lois (Edgar) Farrier. She married Rev. Robert W. Edgar on July 5, 1944. Surviving are children Rev. Robert Larry (Nancy) Edgar of Willows, CA, Robert Allen (Connie) Edgar of Toledo, Carol (Rev. Robert Lloyd) Bolinger of Alton, IL, Brenda (Danny) Russell of Greenup and Elaine (Ralph) Daugherty of Greenup; Son in law Rev. Jack Jenkins of Toledo; 11 Grandchildren, 17 Great-Grandchildren and one Great Great -Grandchild. Peggy was preceded in death by her parents, Husband, daughter Charlene Jenkins, one grandchild and brothers Gene & Dempsey Farrier.

Peggy was a homemaker and a member of the Calvary Tabernacle UPC in Toledo, IL.
