Teresa Bennett

Teresa Bennett (of Ashmore) entered our lives on January 24, 1956, and regrettably left us on May 24, 2025. She was a true middle child; the fourth of seven with a quick wit and good sense of humor.  She was always welcoming, reserving of judgment, loved to sing and a good cook, too!  She enjoyed being home with her son until he entered school.  After that, she worked at a few different positions, but the one that most defined her was her time at Sarah Bush Lincoln Homemakers.  She really enjoyed her relationships with her clients as a Homemaker.

Preceding Teresa in death are:  Fred Price, father; Kathryn Price, mother; Katrina Price, baby sister; Melissa Stanley, younger sister.  She leaves:  Jacob Bennett, son; Russell Bennett, ex-husband/best friend; Roseann (Tim) Schultz; Gail Cook; Linda (Bob) Warfel and Darrell Price along with 9 nieces/nephews and 12 great nieces/ nephews.

Teresa will be cremated with a memorial service held at a later date. The Barkley Funeral Chapel is assisting the family.
