Robert Volkman Obituary
Robert D. Volkman, 67, of Effingham, IL passed away at 7:40 PM, Friday, February 12, 2021 at his home.
Burial will be at a later date in Stewardson Cemetery. The Barkley Funeral Chapel is assisting the family with arrangements.
Robert was born November 3, 1953 in Shelbyville, IL. The son of Paul and Ruth (Tate) Volkman. He is survived by brother Roger (Susan) Volkman; sister, Janet Patterson; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother David Volkman, and nephew Jason Volkman.
Robert worked at RR Donnelley’s for 32 years. He was a member of Gospel Assembly Church in Effingham.
