Patricia Ann Vance

Patricia Vance, age 73, of Casey, IL, passed away on April 16, 2024, at Hilltop Skilled Nursing and Rehab Center in Charleston, IL.

A visitation for the family will be held at the Barkley Funeral Chapel in Greenup. Burial at the Mullen Cemetery will be held at a later date.

Patricia was born on March 20, 1951, in Joliet, IL to Raymond and Nora (Frost) Lawhorn. She married Gerald Vance on September 1, 1972. She is survived by her husband Gerald. Children; Gerald Vance Jr., Julie (Bill) Heath, Ronnie (LaDawn) Henderson, James (Karen) Henderson, Daniel (Shelly) Vance, and Ben Vance. Grandchildren; Robin Phillips, Michael McDonald, Audriana Vance, Joshalyn Daverin, Brittany Frantz, Brandon Henderson, Brett Henderson, Matthew Fisher, Caden Henderson, Chloe Henderson, Anthony Vance, Adam Vance, and Savanna Vance. Great grandchildren; Isaiah, Brayden, Gracelyn, Faith, Hope, Logan, Natalyn, Amelia, Barrett, Bailey, Collin, Dawson, Brooklynn, Ashton, Reid, Taylor, Tate, Adalynn, and Oliver. Sisters; Betty Shackelford, Sheila Lively, and Roberta Shackelford. Brothers; Robert Lawhorn and Floyd Lawhorn.

She was preceded in death by her parents, children Tony Vance and Patrick Henderson, grandson Zachary Henderson, sisters Lucille Soltysik and Sherry Shafer.

Patricia was a member of the Women of the Moose Lodge in Wilmington, IL.
