Mary Elizabeth Gaines Totten (Honnold), 82, of Mattoon, IL passed away at 2:10 AM on May 4, 2020 at the Odd Fellow-Rebekah Home in Mattoon, IL

Burial will be at a later date. The Barkley Funeral Chapel in Greenup, IL is assisting the family.

Mary was born on November 16, 1937 in Olney, IL to Byford & Zella (Todd) Beasley. She was married to Richard Totten. Surviving is her children Wes Totten (Melissa Goad) of Neoga and Cindy (Dennis) Sebolt of Mattoon; five grandchildren Megan (Adam) Hefner, Jeremiah (Hollie) Angell, Amber Trotter, Amanda McGuire and Christopher (Wendy) Totten; five great grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and four brothers.

Mary was a homemaker and loved arts and crafts. She enjoyed listening to country and bluegrass music. But what she loved the most were her grandchildren, great grandchildren, and the great-great grandchildren. Online condolences can be expressed at www.barkleyfuneralchapels.com
