Leroy Miller

Leroy Miller, 77, of Greenup passed at 1:28 AM on Wednesday, February 12, 2020 at Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center Mattoon, IL.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM on Friday, February 21, 2020 at the Barkley Funeral Chapel in Greenup. Visitation will be held from 5:00 to 7:00 PM Thursday evening at the funeral Chapel. Burial will be in the Aten Cemetery.

Leroy was born January 6, 1943. The son of Roy and Bernice (Mitchell) Miller. He married Joan Thomas on November 17, 1963. He is survived by his wife; daughter Patty (Robert) Fryman; daughter-in-law Jenny Miller; grandchildren Jaelyn Miller, Drew Miller and Michelle (Geoff) McGahey; great- grandchild MaKenna Daily; brothers Bill (Doris) Miller and Rusty (Carol) Miller; sisters Diana (Dwight) Parsons and Cheryl (Lowell) Nichols. He was preceded in death by his parents and son Robert Leroy Miller.

Leroy was a member of the Greenup Methodist Church. He worked at Hayden IGA for 26 years and Evapco for six before retiring.
