Julia (Myers) Kingery

Julia L. Kingery, 78, of Cuba, IL passed away Friday, December 11, 2020 at Graham Hospital in Canton, IL.

Funeral service will be held at 10:00 am, Saturday, December 19, 2020 at the Barkley Funeral Chapel in Greenup, IL. Visitation will be held from 5:00 to 7:00 pm Friday evening at the funeral chapel. Burial will be in the Jewett Cemetery.

Julia was born on November 11, 1942 in Neoga, IL. The daughter of Eldred and Dorothy (Hanley) Myers. She married Chester “Chet” Kingery on November 8, 1959 and he preceded her in 2014. She is survived by her sons, Michael (Cindy) Kingery and Kenneth Kingery; four grandchildren (Brandon, Brittany, John and Jim); three great-grandchildren (Jayla, Sawyer, and Havoc); sisters, Pam Romack and Debbie Hardesty. She was preceded in death by her parents and sister Tammy Ferris.

Julia worked at Zenith in Springfield, MO for 8 years.
