Joyce G. Collins, age 75, of Montrose, IL.  passed away at 8:00 pm on Sunday September 26, 2021, at Lakeland Rehab and Health Care Center in Effingham, IL.

Graveside services will be at 11:00 am on Friday October 1, 2021, at the Montrose Cemetery, Montrose IL.  The Barkley Funeral Chapel in Toledo, IL. is assisting the family with the arrangements.

Joyce was born on July 25, 1946, in rural Neoga, IL. to Clarence and Edith White. She married Joe Collins on June 24, 1967. Survivors include her husband; Daughter, Vickie (Ed) Lewis; son Clarence Collins and girlfriend Donica Frayer; grandkids, Tony and Alex Haney, Amy and Kyle Hille, Wendi Ann and Bryant Musson, and Cheyenne Collins; six great- grandchildren; sisters, Barbara Sanderson, Phyliss Henon, and Ruby Pearl Phipps; brothers, George (Toni) White, Larry White, Terry (Deb) White and twin brother Jerry (Mary) White.  Joyce was preceded in death by her parents and sisters, Elenora Rardin, Dorothy Beals, Norma Clinton, and Sandra Kay Bueker; brothers, Alfred (Bert) White, and Stanley White; and mother-in-law, Mary Burton.

Joyce was a homemaker.
