Jeffrey James Haga

Jeffrey James Haga, 48, of Greenup, Illinois passed away at 9:43 am on May 31, 2023, peacefully at home.

There will be a Memorial Visitation starting at 10:00 am on Saturday June 3, 2023, at the Faith Fellowship Church in Hidalgo. A Memorial Service will then be held at 11:00 am following the visitation. Pastor Noah Manship will be officiating. Burial will be in the Greenup Cemetery at a later date.

Jeff was born on May 26, 1975, the son of Bobby and Vickie (Hines) Haga, in Charleston, IL.  He married the love of his life Armanda Deanne (Fox) Haga on February 14, 2021. He is survived by his wife; mother; daughters Kaylin Haga and Chyanne Brown-Fox-Haga; brother Joey Haga; special niece Kirsten (Haga) Henry; special aunts Sharon Robison and Connie Peters; great aunt Linda Haga, and numerous close friends. He was preceded in death by his father and grandparents.

Jeff worked as a mechanic for Midas and Sam’s Club and later worked as a roofer. He loved to fish and be outdoors, riding four wheelers, hunting Ginseng and mushrooms. He also enjoyed RC cars, 80’s music, and watching the Dukes of Hazard.
