Jack Leroy Kemper, 49, of Casey, IL passed away at 10:40 PM Monday, April 20, 2020 at Aperion Care Center in Olney, IL.

A private family burial will be in the Harmony Cemetery. The Barkley Funeral Chapel Greenup is assisting the family with arrangements.

Jack was born December 7, 1970 in Mattoon, IL the son of Elmer and Erma (Craig) Kemper. He married Trina Harris on June 7, 1993. Surviving is his wife; sons, Kyle (Tineshia) Kemper and Cody Kemper; daughters, Kayla (Leo) Ixtepan and Kristina (Bryan Cusumano) Kemper; four grandchildren, Jocelynn, Brylee, Jayden and Selina; and brothers, Eddie and David Kemper. He was preceded in death by his parents, sister Peggy Kemper, and brothers Harold “Butch”, Bill, Richard, and Larry Kemper.
