Gary Charles Eggers

Gary Charles Eggers, 64, of Effingham, Illinois passed away at his home on July 13, 2018.  Gary was born in Mattoon, Illinois on April 11, 1954 to Charles and Loretta Eggers.

Gary was a 1972 graduate of Cumberland High School.  He had worked at Fedders in Effingham.

He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Eggers.  He is survived by his mother, Loretta (Stierwalt) Eggers of Toledo, Illinois, brother, Jeff Eggers of Toledo, and sister, Brenda Blackerby of La Quinta, California.

Services will be held at Friends Grove Church at 753 County Rd. 1500 E.        in Toledo on Sunday, July 22nd 2018. Visitation will be at 1pm, with services at 2pm followed by burial at the Friends Grove Cemetery. The Barkley Funeral Chapel in Toledo is assisting the family.  In lieu of flowers, the family asks memorials be made to the Friends Grove Church, PO Box 533, Toledo, Illinois 62468.
