Emily Jane Jobe

Emily Jane Jobe, age 84, of Toledo, IL. passed away at 7:52 pm on September 20, 2021, at her residence.

Services will be held at a later date. The Barkley Funeral Chapel in Greenup, IL is assisting the family with arrangements.

Emily was born in Toledo, IL. on February 20, 1937, to Franklin and Lois (Jenkins) Wilson.  Emily is survived by her son, David Jobe of Greenup, IL ; daughter, Jane (Doug) Venatta of Lerna, IL; grandchildren; Chloe, Ashley and Brooke Jobe of Mattoon, IL, Jamie (Staci) Venatta of Fenton, MO, Jordan (Gaby) Venatta of Mahomet, IL, Jacob (Adree) Venatta of Toledo, IL, and Jenna (Aaron) Young of Toledo, IL; great grandchildren, Brayden, Colten, and Jackson Venatta of Fenton, MO, Elijah, Leo, and Eleanor Venatta of Mahomet, IL, Isaac and Ezra Venatta of Toledo, IL, Ava and Jase Young of Toledo, IL. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Phillip Franklin Wilson.

Emily was employed by the Cumberland Unit School District #77 for 31 years, and she was a faithful member of the Toledo United Methodist Church.
