Eileen Faye Taggart, 81, of Casey, IL passed away at 3:57 AM on June 30, 2019 at Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center in Mattoon, IL.

Memorial services celebrating her life will start at 1:30 PM on Sunday July 7, 2019 at the Casey First Church of Nazarene 1000 E US Hwy 40 in Casey, IL. Burial will be in the Hazel Dell Cemetery. The Barkley Funeral Chapel in Greenup is assisting the family.

Eileen was born in Hidalgo, IL on May 30, 1938 to Eura & Mamie (Carrico) Isley.

Surviving are her two daughter’s Cindy Toler of Mesa AZ and Ramona Taggart of Hephzibah, GA; five grandchildren and several great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, two sons Michael and Randall Taggart; three sisters and four brothers.
