Dianne Wilson Obituary

Dianne J. Wilson, 65, of Yale, IL. passed away at 8:00 pm on May 17, 2021 at her residence.

A memorial visitation will be held from 2:00 to 4:00 pm on Saturday May 22, 2021 at the Barkley Funeral Chapel in Greenup, IL. Burial will be in the Yale cemetery at a later date.

Dianne was born on April 23, 1956 in East St. Louis, IL to Bobby & Betty (Jarrell) Tyson. Dianne has two sons Mike Green and Tommy (Samantha) Green; sister Jody Ludgate; grandchildren Noah, Ayden, and Hannah Green. After marrying Lance Wilson on November 7, 2013 at the Jasper County Courthouse, she welcomed his children Jessica Adams and Jordan (Brittany) Wilson; and grandchildren Alex Ford, Lucas Wilson, Chandler Childress, Roman Wilson and Amiela Wilson. She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers Rick and Randy Tyson.

Dianne retired from Bank of America in St. Louis after 34 years where she was an assistant manager. She worked for 8 years as clinic manager for Crawford Memorial Hospital. Dianne loved decorating for all the holidays, she was always the “hostess with the mostess”. She loved her flowers and gardening and trips to the casino. She will be greatly missed by all who loved her.
