Cynthia Lynne Roe, 53, of Toledo, IL passed away at 1:32 PM on Saturday, October 12, 2019 at the Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center in Mattoon, IL.

The Barkley Funeral Chapel is assisting the family with arrangements.

Cindy was born on December 8, 1965. The daughter of Walter LaVeral and Kathy (Bowman) Hanley. She Married Johnny Roe in September of 2017 and he preceded her in August of 2019. She is survived by her sons Rob Stark and Tommy (Kacey) Stark; daughter Tracy (Nathan) Brunnabend; seven grandchildren; and brothers Lee Hanley, Lyle Hanley, Chris Hanley, Brad Hanley and B.J. Harris.
