Byron "Frank" Crawford

Byron “Frank” Crawford, 73, of Charleston, IL passed away at 3:30 am on January 27, 2024, at his residence.

Graveside Memorial Services will be held at the Hurricane Cemetery in rural Charleston at a later date. The Barkley Funeral Chapel is assisting the family with arrangements.

Frank was born on November 29, 1950, to Byron and Sarah Mardell (Hicks) Crawford in Jacksonville, IL. He married Lisa King on July 7, 2007. Survivors include his loving wife, Lisa; sons Chad Crawford, Jeff (Shelby) Crawford, Joey Crawford, and bonus sons Brandon (Veronica) Edwards, and Austin Faw; 14 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; half brother Ron (Edna) Crawford and special cousin Chuck Roberts. He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, and one sister.

Frank drove a semi for many years and was a “jack of all trades” and could do anything he put his mind to.
