Tommy K. Holsapple

Tommy Kyle Holsapple, 80, of Toledo, IL passed away January 10, 2018 at Mercy Hospital in St. Louis, MO.

Tom was born November 17, 1937 son of Luke & Ruby (Mock) Holsapple, he lived all his life with his parents on the family farm in Toledo, IL. Helping his dad and brothers farm and tending race horses was his greatest pleasure. Tom looked forward each and every year to the Cumberland County Fair setting in the family box seat watching the horse races was one of his biggest entertainment pleasures. Tommy is loved and will be missed by his brothers Bill (Kathy) Holsapple of Denver, CO, Steve (Jeanie) Holsapple of Charleston, Dennis (Cynthia) Holsapple of Lansing, IL. Sisters Linda Hollensbe of St. Louis, Carolyn Ulrey of Jonesboro, ARK; Several nieces and nephews; sister in law Linda Holsapple of Greenup and Aunts Lois Letner of Marshall, Jean Dial of Frankfort, IN and Madge St. John of Toledo. Tommy was preceded in death by his Dad and Mom, Brother Gary Holsapple; brother in laws Jim Hollensbe and Phillip Ulrey and a nephew Kyle Hollensbe. Memorials may be made to the Salem United Methodist Church or St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
