Terry L. Houser

Terry L. Houser Sr, 62, of Toledo, IL passed away at 8:45 AM on February 11, 2018 at Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center in Mattoon, IL.

A memorial service will be held for Terry at the Open-Door Baptist Church in Toledo, IL at 3:00 PM on Saturday February 17, 2018. Visitation will be from 1:00 to 3:00 pm at the Church. The Barkley Funeral Chapel in Toledo is assisting the family.

Terry was born in Hidalgo, IL on February 25, 1955 to Bernie and Marjorie (Bell) Houser.

Surviving are Two sons James (Ashlee) Houser and T. J. Houser both of Toledo; Six Grandchildren Aleecea, Trenton, Dakota, Destiny, Lelend and Haylee Houser; Sisters Wanda Hawes, Rose Eggers, Dixie Seiler and Carolyn Kay Byrnes. Terry was preceded in death by his parents; Brothers Charles “Bud”, Gene, Victor and Butch; Sisters Ethel Faye Warner, Connie Sue Starwalt, Marjorie Ann Trostle, Shirley Stanley and Evelyn Matteson.

Terry worked at Quinn Broom works  for about 30 years, he also worked in the oil fields and Evapco. He loved Diet Coke, Westerns, muscle cars and camping.
