Roberta I. Sharp, 89, of Toledo, IL passed away at 1:25 am on November 23, 2011 at Evergreen Nursing Home in Effingham, IL.

Funeral services will be at 10:30 am Saturday November 26, 2011 at the Barkley Funeral Chapel in Greenup, IL. Visitation will be held one hour before services. Burial will in the Washington Cemetery rural Casey, IL.

Roberta was born in Greenup, IL on August 14, 1922 the daughter of Andy & Clara (Morris) Hurt. She married Donald Sharp on March 7, 1943 and he preceded her on March 20, 2011. She was preceded in death by her parents 2 brothers and 5 sisters.

She owned and operated Sharp's Tasty Freeze in Morris, IL for many years.

She was a life member of the Casey Moose, member of the Casey V.F.W. Auxiliary and the Greenup American Legion Auxiliary.
