Nancy E. Kelly, 81, of Greenup, IL passed away at 10:10 PM on June 13, 2019 at Casey Health Care Center in Casey, IL.

Celebration of life services will be held at a later date. The Barkley Funeral Chapel in Greenup, IL is assisting the family.

Nancy was born in Decatur, IL on January 5, 1938 to Ira & Leona (Orr) Nihiser. She married Robert Kelly on December 28, 1983. Surviving is her husband; children Sharon Fox of Decatur, IL, Connie (Pat) Walsh of Champaign, Steve (Tami) York of Villa Grove and Shelly (Kevin) Romack of Bement; stepchildren Terry Kelly, Gilbert Kelly and Nancy Austin; sister Pat Fleener-Clow of Bement; 12 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; children Randy Eugene Jones Jr. and Rita Jean Jones-Maple.

Nancy worked as a CNA (Certified Nurse’s Aide) for over 30 years. She was affectionately known as “Mimi” to her grandchildren and many others. She will be forever remembered in the hearts of her family and friends. Online condolences can be expressed at www.barkleyfuneralchapels.com
