Nadine Fern Wagner

Nadine “Deannie” Wagner, 89, of Greenup, IL passed away at 2:15 AM on June 12, 2018 at the Cumberland Rehab & Health Care Center in Greenup, IL.    

Funeral services will be at 11:00 AM on Friday June 15, 2018 at the Barkley Funeral Chapel in Greenup, IL. Visitation will be from 5:00 to 7:00 PM on Thursday evening at the funeral chapel. Burial will be in the Mullen Cemetery rural Montrose, IL.  

Nadine was born in Woodbury, IL on July 30, 1928 to Thomas Arthur & Iva Blanche (Plummer) Ryder. She married Mike Curtner and he preceded her, on October 20, 1971 she married Guy “Quill” Carrell and he preceded her in 1999, on December 31, 2005 she married Raymond Wagner and he preceded her in 2014.  Surviving is her brother Arthur (Louise) Ryder of Neoga; Sister Norma Wallace of Montrose; Brother in law Dick Ebbert of Montrose and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; sisters Mildred Ebbert and Vera Seeley and a brother in laws Don Wallace and Willard Seeley.

Nadine retired from General Electric in Mattoon after 40 years. She was a member of the Woodbury United Methodist Church. Memorials can be made to either the Woodbury UMC or to Cumberland Rehab Auxiliary. Online condolences can be expressed at www.barkleyfuneralchapels.com
