Edna Groves, 97, of Jewett, Illinois passed away at 5:17 pm on Monday, June 12, 2017 at the Newton Care Center

Memorial graveside services will be at 11:00 am on Saturday, October 7, 2017 at the Kerns Cemetery, rural Jasper County.

Edna was born on April 26, 1920 in Gila, the daughter of William & Della (Selby) Linthicum. She married Claude LeMay in 1939 and he preceded her in death. She then married John Groves and he preceded her in death in 1966. Surviving are children Dennis LeMay of Jewett, Terry LeMay of California; 8 grandchildren and several great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, sons Jack and Ronald LeMay; one brother and one sister.
