David "By George" Walker

David E. "By George" Walker, 58, of Casey, Illinois passed away at 12:10 pm on Thursday, November 9, 2017 at his residence.

Funeral services will be at 11:00 am on Tuesday, November 14, 2017 at the Barkley Funeral Chapel in Greenup, Illinois. Visitation will be from 5:00 to 7:00 pm on Monday evening at the funeral chapel. Burial will be in the Jewett Cemetery.

David was born on August 4, 1959 in Effingham, Illinois, the son of Rex and E. Joann (Russell) Walker. He is survived by his parents of Newton, son Chris Walker of Toledo, daughter Patti Walker (fiancé Tommy Washburn) of Toledo; sister Cathy (Paul) Leahy of Newton; two grandchildren Ava and Aubrey Himes.

David had worked at Trailmobile and was currently working at Simonton Windows in Paris for 20 years. He was an avid chess player and was a member of pool league. He loved fishing and mushroom hunting. Online condolences can be expressed at www.barkleyfuneralchapels.com
