Corliss Kay Morey

Corliss Kay Morey, 72, of Casey, IL passed away at 11:00 AM on Friday, August 16, 2019 at Union Hospital, Terre Haute IN.

            A memorial visitation will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 PM on Friday, August 23, 2019 at the Barkley Funeral Chapel in Greenup.  Burial will be at a later date in the Plainfield Cemetery Rosehill, IL.

            Corliss was born June 17, 1947 to Ray and Esther (Kitchen) Timmons. She is survived by her daughters Michelle Marshall and Kathy Morey; four grandchildren Brandon Morey, Chase Harris, Tiffany Edwards, and Ethan Mathews; and one great-grandchild Riley Edwards. She is preceded in death by her parents, infant son, and sister Shirley Newkirk.  

            She was a homemaker and a CNA. Corliss had worked at Burnsides Community Health Center in Marshall and Hilltop Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Charleston.
