Addyson Maynard Obituary

Addyson Marie Maynard, daughter of Kevin & Jenny (Washburn) Maynard was stillborn on August 27, 2018 at Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center in Mattoon, IL.

Private family services will be held, and burial will be in the Hazel Dell Cemetery.

The Barkley Funeral Chapel in Toledo is assisting the family.

Surviving are her parents of Toledo; Sister Allyson Maynard of Toledo; Paternal grandmother Auddie Maynard of Casey; Maternal grandparents Jim Washburn of Greenup and Diana Washburn of Casey; Paternal Great Grandmother Pauline Evans of West Virginia; Uncle Elliott Washburn of Indianapolis and Aunt Lori Wilson of Casey.
