Wade James Charters, infant son of John Charters and Amanda Stults of Greenup passed away at 11:55 pm on February 28, 2013 at St. Anthony’s Memorial Hospital in Effingham, IL.

A private family burial will be in the Harmony Cemetery rural Greenup, IL. Barkley Funeral Chapel in Greenup, IL is assisting the family. Surviving is his parents; a sister Haylee; Paternal Grandparents Jim & Melissa Charters of Effingham and Maternal Grandparents Mike & Karen Stults of Greenup; Paternal Great-Grandparents Jim & Freda Charters of Effingham and Joe & Regina Cook of LaClede.
